A refreshing and nutritious Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie made with fresh pineapple, frozen blueberries, banana, chia seeds, and almond milk. This smoothie is naturally sweetened with maple syrup and flavored with vanilla extract, perfect for a quick breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 3/4 cup Fresh Pineapple (chunks)
  • 3/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 small Frozen Banana (cut into pieces)

Additional Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1-2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients: Gather all the smoothie ingredients, including fresh pineapple chunks, frozen blueberries and banana, chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Combine in blender: Place the fresh pineapple, frozen blueberries, banana pieces, chia seeds, and almond milk into the jug of a blender.
  3. Blend smooth: Blend on the high-speed setting until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired. For altering texture, add a splash of milk or water to thin it out, or add ice cubes to thicken.
  4. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with coconut flakes and extra blueberries for added texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruits to achieve a naturally chilled smoothie without needing much ice.
  • Adjust the maple syrup quantity based on your preferred sweetness level.
  • Chia seeds add fiber and nutrients but can be omitted if unavailable.
  • This smoothie is very best consumed fresh to retain its vibrant flavors and texture.
